Terms of Service

👤 User Responsibility

By using this service, you agree to carefully read and acknowledge all prompts provided by the bot. It is your responsibility to ensure that all transaction details — including the correct network, wallet address, and payment amount — are accurate before sending any funds.

Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts. We are not liable for any losses resulting from user mistakes, incorrect transaction details, or compromised accounts. Such errors may lead to the permanent loss of cryptocurrency or other digital assets.

🛡️ Service Safety

To maintain a safe and trustworthy trading environment, we reserve the right to decline or refuse any transaction that appears suspicious or violates our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, transactions involving:

• Gift cards
• Digital accounts
• Unsupported or unfamiliar content

Any request that poses a potential risk to the platform or its users may be rejected at our discretion.

✅ Transaction Accuracy

Users must ensure that the payment address and network used match the invoice details provided by the bot. Transactions that are sent:

• On the wrong network
• After a deal has already been marked as complete
• In multiple parts to a single address

may result in the permanent loss of funds. Only one transaction per address is permitted.

⚠️ Fee Bypassing

Attempting to bypass the $10 minimum fee by splitting transactions is strictly prohibited. Any user found engaging in this behavior will be banned immediately and may be subject to an additional penalty fee.

At our discretion, a one-time verbal warning may be issued. Service fees are necessary to maintain the platform and ensure continued secure operation.

🔒 User Guarantee

We guarantee the safety of funds while they are in our direct possession. If a technical or bot-related error causes a loss of funds, the affected user will be compensated at a 1:1 rate.

However, losses resulting from user mistakes, incorrect transaction details, or failure to follow instructions are not eligible for reimbursement.

⚖️ Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be handled through negotiation. While staff may assist in reviewing disputes, we are not responsible for the final outcome of disagreements between users.

By using this service, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to fully understand and accept these terms before entering into any transaction.

🕐 Deal Cancellations and Inactivity

Both buyers and sellers are expected to remain active and responsive throughout a transaction. Prolonged delays or inactivity without communication may negatively impact the outcome of a dispute.

If a dispute occurs and one party fails to respond within 24 hours, staff may release the escrowed funds to the other party at their discretion.

Intentionally refusing to cancel a deal without a valid reason may result in moderation or disciplinary action.

📋 Warranties

Any warranty offered during a transaction must be clearly defined and agreed upon before the deal begins. This includes the warranty duration and any conditions that apply.

When a warranty is in place, the escrowed funds will remain locked in the bot until the agreed warranty period has ended.

Staff reserve the right to void any warranty that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed unfairly structured.
